Mariya Harley Photography respects your privacy. This notice explains what information may be handled when you use this website or contact Mariya about a photography project.
Information you choose to provide
The website does not upload or store the details entered into its enquiry forms. Submitting a form prepares an email in your own email application. If you send that email, the information is handled by your email provider and received in Mariya's business inbox.
Enquiry emails may include your name, email address, preferred dates, project type, property or brand name, location and the information you include in your message.
Why correspondence is used
Correspondence is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, plan and deliver commissioned work, keep records of agreed services and meet legal or accounting obligations. It is not sold to third parties.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is disabled until you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If accepted, analytics is used to understand which portfolio, service and pricing pages are useful. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. You can withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate business email, hosting, file delivery, accounting or commissioned photography services. Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, contract, business records or applicable legal obligations.
